Dr. Purohit holds a Doctorate in Traditional Chinese Medicine (DTCM) from Five Branches University — one of the most prestigious TCM doctoral programs in the country — with a curriculum emphasizing integrating Eastern medicine with Western clinical practice. He graduated cum laude from Tulane University with a BS in Psychology, and earned his Master in Public Health (MPH) in Health Systems Management from the Tulane School of Public Health.
He attended LSU Medical School pursuing his MD before leaving to dedicate himself fully to Chinese Medicine.
